Martha’s interest in acting and storytelling began at a young age. Her father was an amateur actor in numerous local productions and she accompanied him to every rehearsal and performance. She became enthralled with the entire theater experience. A natural mimic, Martha began experimenting with other voices and accents at an early age. In college, she took drama, storytelling and speech classes as part of her education degree.

After college, Martha took her education degree to the corporate world and with the advent of online learning, in 2004, she began to add her voice to the online learning modules she created. Due to positive feedback about her voice, in 2015, she began to volunteer with an agency serving the visually-impaired community. In this capacity, Martha records novels, magazines, promos and commercials as well as delivers live broadcasts of news articles. Additionally, each week she delivers live, dramatic performances of Agatha Christie short stories at local senior residences using different voices and accents.

Recently, Martha honed her craft with solid training and coaching from an industry leader in voice-over training. She has her own professional recording studio with high-quality recording equipment. This private studio enables her to provide a fast turnaround with exceptional quality, on time, on budget and with her personal satisfaction guarantee.

All these activities have prepared Martha to be the voice artist you need for your project! She looks forward to the opportunity to let her voice speak for you!
